During the WSOPC festival in Šamorín, fans of four-card poker had their moment in the spotlight with the €5,300 Super High Roller. The first day drew 51 players, and Austrian pro Nikolaus "Niki" Jedlicka emerged with the biggest stack. Late registrants joined for day 2, bringing the field close to a hundred participants.

Jedlicka's dominant run was halted, finishing in a respectable 4th place and earning €39,750. The final table saw no Slovak representation, but Czech players did well. Patrik Jaroš secured 6th place with €22,160, and Anh Do earned €83,850 as the runner-up.

The event was superbly handled by seasoned PLO specialist Jan-Peter Jachtmann from Germany. The well-known Hamburg native, who already holds a WSOP gold bracelet in Omaha, showcased a commanding performance in Šamorín. On the final table, he outplayed all his opponents and claimed victory in the heads-up against Czech player Anh Do.

The win earned him a dazzling €128,900 and a ticket to WSOP Paradise, but most importantly, the coveted WSOPC champion's ring. This marks Jachtmann's first title on the WSOP Circuit, adding to his collection of trophies from prestigious global poker series.
