Three Flights, Three Unique Rhythms

The Main Event was divided by the organizers into three starting days, each with its own dynamic—from the initial "slow start" to the Saturday finish that pushed registrations to their limits.

  • Day 1A kicked off with 271 entries, with 38 players advancing
  • Day 1B followed with an impressive 411 entries and 55 advancing players
  • Day 1C became the strongest with 639 entries and 88 players moving forward, as expected

In total, the event amassed an impressive 1,321 entries, translating to a prize pool of $2,575,796!

A Grueling Day 2

After completing all the starting days, the tournament transitioned into Day 2—where it was no longer just about surviving into the money, but about fiercely competing for final table seats. Organizers unveiled the payout structure at the start of the day, guaranteeing every player at least a $4,713 min-cash. However, eyes were on the top prize of $396,556!

Players faced a 12-hour marathon of poker, culminating with only 14 advancing to the final stacks. Leading into Monday's finale was Senthuran Vijayaratnam, holding a nearly 10-million stack, followed by Robin Bergren and Jiajie Sheng.

Final Showdown

The final day quickly turned into a showcase for one man. Entering as the chipleader, Senthuran Vijayaratnam not only withstood pressure but relentlessly applied it himself until he secured the ring and $396,556.

At the final table, Vijayaratnam played a role in almost every elimination, dispatching five opponents to the cashier! He never lost his position as chipleader, ultimately facing Robin Bergren in a heads-up match. Bergren was the only player to give Vijayaratnam any trouble, battling him for over an hour.

The pivotal moment came on a flop T s 7 d 4 s, where Bergren went all-in with 9 d 8 s. Vijayaratnam called with Q d T h, and after a blank turn and river, his victory was sealed. As the champion, Vijayaratnam walked away with the ring and the largest win of his career—396,556€. His runner-up, Robin Bergren, also didn't leave empty-handed, earning $264,283.
