Brian Rast’s Dramatic Comeback Seals Seventh WSOP Bracelet

Brian Rast, already a member of the Poker Hall of Fame and owner of six WSOP bracelets, faced a high-pressure test last night in Las Vegas. The $10.000 Razz Championship came down to a gripping heads-up showdown between Rast and Andrew Yeh, the last two players remaining from a field of 134 entries.

Yeh entered the extra day as a commanding chip leader, holding a stack nearly three times larger than Rast’s. But Rast kept his cool, gradually clawed his way back, and flipped the momentum to reaffirm his long-term dominance in the world of elite Razz. With this win, Rast collects not only his seventh gold bracelet and a payday of 306.644$ but also cements his status among the game’s premier specialists in the variant.

Germany’s Dennis Weiss eclipsed the field to bag the chip lead heading into the final day, holding over a third of all chips in play. He and local favorite Jeffrey Hakim are the only finalists already boasting a WSOP bracelet to their names.
