This week, Banco Bratislava is hosting the international TheFestival, which kicked off its week-long poker extravaganza just yesterday. The opening day featured tournaments such as the Seniors Event, open to participants over 50, and The Hendonmob Championship, which welcomes everyone.
The opening day of The Hendonmob Championship, with an entry fee of €250, registered 63 entries in flight 1A. As a result, eight players advanced and will be joined today by others from flight 1B. The last chance to qualify will be on Thursday in flight 1C, with the finals scheduled for Friday, November 21.
The Hendonmob Championship – 1A:
Today, Banco Bratislava launches the Main Event of TheFestival, featuring a half-million euro guarantee with a €550 entry fee. The tried-and-true tournament structure introduces a change this year: 12.5% of players from each flight will advance to earn paid positions.
