The Festival at Banco Bratislava has wrapped up three days of play. We've seen the final lineup for The Hendonmob Championship, more players advancing in the Main Event, and the crowning of the champion of The Festival T.O.R.S.E.S. tournament.
The Main Event, boasting a €500,000 guarantee and a €550 buy-in, has been drawing considerable attention. However, only 19 players have progressed to Day 2 over two flights, leaving a great opportunity for a significant win. Yesterday, Flight 1B took place with 97 entries. As a result, 12 players made it to Day 2, led by Sebastian Andrzej Kotowicz.
The Festival Main Event €500,000 GTD – Day 1B:
The Hendonmob Championship continued into its third day, where players could compete for €225 + €25 for a shot at today’s final day. Two opportunities to qualify attracted over 300 entries, revealing more contenders for the final phase. All advancing participants will clash today for the grand prize of €20,000, emerging from a €98,821 prize pool. Who will take home the prestigious Hendonmob Championship trophy?
Thursday also featured the special The Festival T.O.R.S.E.S. tournament. With a €550 entry fee, it recorded 102 entries. The prize pool reached €48,450, with a five-figure sum awaiting the victor. Sergii Baranov triumphed in this demanding format, taking home €12,950 from Banco Bratislava. Congratulations!
