Banco Bratislava has once again raised the poker stakes. The Main Event of the Polish Poker Championship drew an astounding 7,740 entries, pushing the prize pool just shy of the million-euro mark. All those advancing will split a splendid €986,850 in Day 2 and subsequently in the final day. Today's Day 2, starting at 3:00 PM, will decide who progresses to the final, where the biggest payouts await.
Saturday, often proving to be one of the busiest days, saw an incredible turnout again. The Polish Poker Championships drew overwhelming interest, leaving everyone in awe. The Saturday flights alone saw 2,806 entries, nearly pushing the total prize pool to a million euros. In the first of the three flights, local player Ľuboš "Lokšo" Bihári took the chipleader's seat, bagging 1,403,000 chips. Congratulations to all who advanced, and best of luck in the quest for the Polish championship title.

Yesterday also featured the conclusion of the High Roller, with the final day in play. Seventeen players made it to the finals, all vying for the title and a €28,365 payout. The High Roller PPC saw 434 entries, and the prize pool closed in on €150,000. After several hours of play, Polish player Piotr Czajka emerged victorious, taking home the €28,365 prize without a deal. Congratulations!
