A Poker Festival with 12 Rings and an Exciting Program
Hosted at the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel & Olympic Park Casino in Estonia, the WSOP Circuit Tallinn 2025 runs from July 25 to August 3, 2025, featuring ten days packed with poker and a diverse schedule of tournaments. There are 12 official WSOPC “ring” events, including the Main Event with a buy-in of €1,500 and a guaranteed prize pool of €1,000,000. Besides that, players can enjoy over 40 side events and non-stop cash game action, making it one of the biggest and most prestigious poker festivals in Northern Europe this season.
Initial Tournaments and First Rings Awarded
The opening Ring Event – €350 Mini Main Event – attracted a massive 954 entries, creating a prize pool of €280,953. After three days of play, Simon Hesserud Persson of Sweden claimed victory, taking home the festival's first gold ring and a prize of €45,700. Next came Ring Event #2, €555 PLO4/5, where Andria Gogelidze from Georgia triumphed, earning a gold ring and €27,100. Both champions also secured a special bonus – a $5,000 package to WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas later this year.


Ladies Event Crowns the “Queen of Tallinn”
Tuesday spotlighted the €350 NLH Queens (Ladies Event). Eleven players entered the final day, with Norway's Drea Karlsen emerging victorious over Sweden's Sindy Ygborn in heads-up play. Karlsen claimed a WSOPC gold ring, a €6,480 prize, and a $5,000 ticket to WSOP Paradise. Impressively, she maintained a chipleader status throughout, dominating from start to finish. The Ladies Event recorded 74 entries, generating a prize pool of €21,793.

Main Event Kicks Off and More Action Awaits
Also on Tuesday, the much-anticipated €1,500 Main Event with a €1M guarantee began. Day 1A saw 125 players, with 47 advancing. Local favorite Igor Pihela Sr. leads with a stack of 305,500. Day 1B had 157 entries, with the top 68 advancing, led by Sweden's Harem Rafat with 359,500.
The week will continue to offer plenty of exciting poker. Friday evening will feature the debut €555 Sviten Special (Five Card Draw/PLO hybrid), the first-ever ring event “Sviten” in WSOPC history, alongside the popular €1,100 Mystery Bounty with chances for big bounty rewards. Saturday will include the €3,000 NLH 6-max and the final €350 OlyBet Online Ring Event, after which all 12 WSOPC Tallinn 2025 ring holders will be known. The festival will culminate with the Main Event final on Sunday, August 3.
