It's been 5 years since the PokerGO Tour (PGT) emerged on the scene, integrating several sub-brands and festivals (SHRB, PokerGO Cup, PGT Series, Poker Masters...) connected through an overall ranking system. The clearest takeaway from these five years is simple: to be at the top of PGT, one must consistently perform at a high level. This is why the historical leaderboards showcase the best that poker has to offer.
Soverel, Foxen, and Chidwick – A Tight Race for Titles
Speaking of "gold medals," after five seasons, PGT presents a clear leader: Sam Soverel, with 13 titles, setting a high bar for others. Trailing close behind are Alex Foxen and Stephen Chidwick, each with 12 titles. Daniel Negreanu holds his champion status with 11 titles, while six players share the fifth spot with eight titles each.
What's intriguing is the story behind these numbers: Chidwick was leading in titles before the 2025 season, enjoying a comfortable lead. However, in 2025, Soverel shone with four titles, and Foxen even outdid him with five titles, causing a rapid shift at the top.

Foxen, the Most Consistent Player
While titles highlight individual peaks, the ongoing point rankings reveal who consistently stays at the top. In this statistic, Alex Foxen leads the historical rankings with 10,530 points, followed by Stephen Chidwick (10,425) and Sam Soverel (9,802). Jeremy Ausmus (9,051) and Daniel Negreanu (8,685) round out the top five.
Moreover, Foxen excels in two other "endurance" categories: he has the most ITM finishes (108) and the most final table appearances (77). Essentially, he doesn't just win; he wins so often that it becomes a trend.

732 Tournaments and Prizepools Exceeding $1.8 Billion
The popularity of PGT tournaments is no secret or surprise. Looking at the total figures over five seasons, even the harshest critics would tip their hats. By the end of 2025, there were 732 tournaments with 125,412 entries, and total prizepools reached $1,817,462,980.
The most recent season, 2025, was especially strong, boasting the highest annual prizepool of $443,526,155 with 147 tournaments and 31,719 entries. These numbers prove that PGT is a stable circuit attracting poker's most renowned names.
