NAPT Returns to Vegas: Cherish Andrews Triumphs in $10k Mystery Bounty

The NAPT Las Vegas 2025 festival runs from November 3 to 12 at Resorts World. This year's schedule is even more packed than before, featuring a wide range of buy-ins from $330 to $50,000. The festival's highlight is the $5,300 Main Event with a $3,000,000 guarantee, alongside the $50,000 Super High Roller, $10,300 High Roller, and the popular PokerStars Open. A new feature this year is the integration with the PGT series, where 8 selected events will count towards the annual PGT leaderboard.

Successful Main Event at PS Open

The festival kicked off with the popular PS Open Main Event with a $1,100 buy-in, boasting a half-million-dollar guarantee. There was no issue meeting the target, as the four initial days drew a total of 849 entries ($815,040). Of these, 108 players advanced to today's Day 2, currently led by local pro Jonathan Jaffee.

Cherish Andrews Dominates $10,300 Mystery Bounty

In the festival's opening days, a big announcement came: Cherish Andrews claimed her first PGT title in the $10,300 NLH Mystery Bounty event at NAPT Las Vegas. Competing against 84 entries, she won $111,300 plus an additional $220,000 in bounties. The victory was hard-earned, as she faced opponents like Cary Katz, David Coleman, and Nick Petrangelo at the final table.

Andrews also earned 111 PGT points, strengthening her lead in the NAPT Dream Seat leaderboard, which leads to the January PGT Championship freeroll worth $1,000,000. This trophy marks her tenth career title, pushing her live tournament earnings past $4 million, according to Hendon Mob.
