Stephen Chidwick Triumphs in the $50K Super High Roller
British poker titan Stephen Chidwick once again proved why he is among the absolute elite of world poker. In the $50,000 Super High Roller event, with the highest buy-in at NAPT Las Vegas 2025, he overcame a star-studded field of 23 entries and claimed victory with a prize of $557,930.
In the heads-up, he bested Belgian pro Thomas Boivin, who secured another deep run on American soil, taking home $334,700. Prominent businessman and high stakes player Cary Katz finished third, earning $223,100. Due to the lower number of entries, the tournament had no further payout positions.
This triumph is another significant result in the PGT 2025 season, where Chidwick ranks among the stable names in the TOP 25 and will climb several places up the leaderboard.
