IFC: Main Event prizepool surpasses €340,000 with one last flight remaining

Massive turnout during Saturday's flights elevated the prizepool to over €340,000. Exciting winnings are at stake, but there's one final chance to qualify starting at 10:00 AM.

The Israeli Federation Cup currently underway at Banco Bratislava is approaching its climax. This event has exceeded expectations, as the Main Event guarantee became an afterthought. So far, players have generated 2,031 entries, and this isn't the final tally. That number will be confirmed after today's Hyperturbo flight, which begins at 10:00 AM.

Day 2 of the Main Event kicks off today at 4:00 PM, with 10% of players from each flight advancing. A total of 204 contenders have made it through, vying for a share of the more than €340,000 prizepool. From 7:30 PM, we'll bring you an English live stream from Day 2, commentated by the popular Lemon. The winner will be decided in Monday’s finale, which you can also watch live.

Sunday's schedule will be diverse. Beyond the last chances to qualify in the Main Event or Day 2, you can dive into tournaments such as Deepstack, Mystery Bounty, or Turbo PLO 4/5.
