A Packed Thursday
Thursday's Flight 1D filled the house at GCLI. 148 players took their seats and added 73 re-entries, bringing the flight's total to 221 entries. This pushed the tournament count to 475 entries. A key incentive was the chipleader bonus, with the top 5 players of the day each taking home CHF 8,000. The most chips were gathered by Itsamyth (Greece), who bagged 845,000 for the chip lead victory. Joining him in the bonus were:
- Saverio Carfi (Italy)
- Julian Wyss (Switzerland)
- DANUCCIO (Italy)
- Pepa G (Czech Republic)

Friday Flights with Will Kassouf
Friday brought two more flights – 1E with 40-minute levels and the evening's faster 1F with 30-minute blinds. Flight 1E saw 78 players with 27 re-entries, while the more modest 1F featured 12 players and 1 re-entry. Combined, Friday's flights added 118 new entries, bringing the GCPS Million total to 593 entries. The prizepool grew to CHF 585,700 with 74 players qualified.
The headline of the day was that Belmondo1 is no longer leading alone. Marco Kölle matched the top stack of 1,020,000, sharing the position of chipleader. Notable names like Will Kassouf were also present, advancing to Day 2 with a modest 75,000 chips, likely aiming to double up soon.

Last Chance Today!
The GCPS Million is reaching its decisive phase. The last two flights, 1G at 1:00 PM and 1H at 6:00 PM, are on today's schedule. These starting days will definitively close the opportunity to join the battle for a share of the million guarantee. If you haven't yet jumped into the biggest event of the current series at Grand Casino Liechtenstein, Saturday is your final chance.
With levels at 40/30 minutes, the structure offers plenty of play and considering the current state of entries, there's still a real chance for an exciting overlay. Come fight for a place in Day 2, and you might appear on our planned Day 2 livestream or even in the grand final on Monday! Good luck!
