Main Event Winner to Take Home Over a Million Euros

The Main Event at EPT Prague 2025 has wrapped up a challenging Day 2, with just 163 players remaining. The tournament registered a total of 1,224 entries, creating an impressive prize pool of €5,936,400. The champion will walk away with not only the trophy but also a prize of €1,019,300.

The leaderboard features several well-known names, including Tobias Peters and Ole Schemion. Still in the hunt are five former EPT champions – Uri Gilboa, Anton Wigg, Dimitar Danchev, Davidi Kitai, and Tomasz Brzezinski.

Leading after the second day is Paawan Bansal (850,000), who climbed to the top following a dramatic hand on the bubble. His K-K bested Slobodan Ruzicic's Q-Q in a pot worth over 400,000 chips.

All remaining players are assured of at least €8,350, but the battle is for the trophy and the seven-figure prize. You can watch the Main Event livestreamed on YouTube until it concludes. Coverage of Day 3 starts today at 12:30 local time.

Second Title for Enrico Camosci

In another high roller event, Enrico Camosci claimed his second triumph at EPT Prague 2025. The €25,000 NLH tournament saw an unusually intimate field, with just 5 players participating.

Along with the trophy, Camosci earned valuable points in the PS Live League standings, where he's vying for the top spot in the "High" tier, which could secure him a buy-in package worth €62,400 and the chance to become a PS ambassador with a €100,000 contract.

Only two players cashed in the tournament. Estonian pro Ottomar Ladva took the runner-up position, pocketing €52,331. The remaining trio – Ognyan Dimov, Niklas Astedt, and Dimitar Danchev – left empty-handed.
