The popular Euro Poker Million (EPM) at King's Resort Rozvadov once again proved its status as one of the largest live poker festivals in Europe. With a record-breaking field of 5,303 entries at a €590 buy-in, it created a prizepool worth €2,659,454.
The biggest shares of this prizepool were up for grabs in yesterday's finale, which you could follow via live stream:
Final Day Dynamics
During the second and third days of play, the tournament was dominated by the German phenomenon known as “Teddy KGB,” who carried a chiplead into the final day. He continued his impressive run to the final table, entering with the second-largest stack, bested only by Romanian Marius Moldoveanu by 3bb.
Surprisingly, this player's incredible journey ended in 5th place, winning €83,000. The initial chipleader of the final table, Romanian Marius Serban Moldoveanu, converted this advantage into a third-place finish and a prize of €160,000.

Final Heads-Up
The final showdown between Chinese player Lulei Hu and Italian Fabio Gianberardini began on equal footing, prompting both to agree on an ICM deal. However, there was still gameplay ahead, dictated by a favorite hand of Daniel Negreanu: T s 7 s. With this hand, Hu hit a flop of 7 d 2 c 7 c, which outmatched Gianberardini’s A s 6 c. Neither the turn nor river could save the Italian, cementing his runner-up finish with €260,000 and a ticket to the WSOPE Main Event.
Ultimately, the victory went to Chinese pro Lulei Hu, who takes home €370,000 from Rozvadov, along with a ticket to the upcoming WSOP Europe Main Event. In an interview, a jubilant Hu confessed: “This win and this moment mean a lot to me. The entire final table lasted over seven hours, and I had to maintain my composure throughout. I was prepared to read my opponents, and every key hand reinforced my belief that I could win. This is my first big triumph, and I cherish it immensely. Now it's time for a trip and a grand celebration!”
