Neil Warren Secures First PGT Title at the Perfect Moment
The fourth tournament of the PGT Last Chance 2025 series attracted 126 entries, with the prizepool reaching $1,260,000. The top prize and title went to Neil Warren, who entered the final day with one of the smallest stacks. He managed to work his way up among the leaders and turn the game in his favor.
The pivotal moment came with his first elimination when his Q h Q s outmatched 3 c 3 d, sending Matthew Wantman out of the tournament and nearly doubling his stack. Together with David Coleman, he proceeded to eliminate all other players at the final table, leading to a justified showdown for the title.
In heads-up play against Coleman, Warren turned the tide in a massive hand, executing a check-raise on the turn and an all-in on the river, forcing Coleman to call, showing a nuts straight. In the final hand, he confirmed his dominance by defeating Coleman's trips with a full house.
Warren's victory earned him $315,000 and 315 PGT points, which temporarily placed him at the top of the PGT Last Chance leaderboard for Dream Seat entries into the PGT $1,000,000 Championship. Although the standings changed over the next two events, he retained his ticket.

Chi-Jen Chu Turns Short Stack into Victory
Event #5: $10,100 No-Limit Hold’em also delivered a dramatic final table, with Chi-Jen Chu from Taiwan celebrating victory. He started the final day with one of the smallest stacks but executed a series of crucial double-ups to change the tournament’s trajectory and defeated David “ODB” Baker in a heads-up battle.
The decisive turn came early in the finale, with back-to-back double-ups against Chino Rheem, boosting Chu's stack. From that moment on, he steadily increased his chip stack.
The heads-up against Baker was exceptionally balanced, and the players agreed to a deal that adjusted the prize allocation. Nonetheless, the fierce competition continued until the final hand, where Chu's A d 4 h held against J d 8 s, securing his victory.
Chi-Jen Chu collected $263,850 and 293 PGT points for first place, which ultimately secured him one of the Dream Seat entries into the PGT Championship.

Alex Foxen Dominates Turbo Finale, Secures 12th PGT Title and Season Championship
The PGT Last Chance series culminated with Event #6: $10,100 No-Limit Hold’em Turbo, where Alex Foxen emerged victorious. The American star secured $232,400, the PGT Gold Cup, and 232 PGT points for the win. It marked Foxen’s 12th title on the PGT circuit and his fifth in the 2025 season.
The tournament had the fewest participants of the series, with 83 entries creating an $830,000 prizepool. Yet, the outcome had significant implications. By winning the season’s final event, Foxen overtook Sam Soverel to claim the top spot in the overall PGT standings with 3,134 points.
The final table featured a dramatic heads-up against Brandon Wilson, who was just one card away from claiming the overall victory and a second series title. Foxen, however, turned the key hand on the river and safely held through an all-in from his opponent to secure the title.

The final event also definitively decided the holders of five Dream Seat entries to the PGT $1,000,000 Championship, won by David “ODB” Baker, Neil Warren, Clemen Deng, Chi-Jen Chu, and Jeremy Becker. Phil Hellmuth, despite finishing ITM during the Last Chance series, missed out on a championship ticket by just 7 points.
