Ottomar Ladva Redeems in $20K One-Day Super High Roller
Just two days after losing a dramatic heads-up against Martin Kabrhel and finishing second in the $30K High Roller, Estonian pro Ottomar Ladva returned with a clear mission — to reclaim what he had missed. And this time, he accomplished it. In the $20,000 Super High Roller one-day event, which attracted 58 entries, Ladva delivered a focused performance that led him to the title.
After a heads-up deal with Brazilian player Rodrigo Selouan, Ladva secured the largest share of the $1,160,000 prizepool and then clinched the trophy with a definitive victory. His impressive play earned him $321,000, marking his biggest win in the current BSOP Super High Roller Series.
The event was fast-paced, with Brazilian players dominating for most of the day. The final table had a strong South American presence, but it was the Estonian who made all the right moves in critical moments.
