WSOP Europe 2024 to change date and bring 15 bracelets

WSOP organisers have brought us fresh information on the European stop. WSOP Europe has changed the date this year, but has not changed the venue, the number of bracelets or the overall guarantee.

The schedule for the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas has been known for a while now, but we've still been missing information on the European edition of the WSOP Europe. However, that changed yesterday.

The WSOP and Rozvadov's Kings Resort have joined forces again this year and together they will bring us the WSOP Europe stop in Europe's largest poker room. The latter has been held in October/November for the past few years, but this year the date is different.

WSOP Europe this year will be held on the dates of September 18 to October 9. This is the date that the WSOP Circuit ring events have been held on in previous years.

The schedule remains the same

However, in 2024 only the date will change, everything else remains the same. The total guarantee will be 15 million again this year and the number of bracelets remains at 15 as well.

Traditionally, the Main Event with a buy-in of €10,350 and a guarantee of €5,000,000 will be the main event, which will take place from October 4 to 9 and will see more than 400 qualifiers make it to Day 1A. They will earn their tickets in various tournaments at Kings Resort throughout the year. Last year's Main Event winner here was former basketball player Max Neugebauer, who took home €1,500,000 from a record prize pool of €7,761,500.

In addition to the Main Event, there are 5 other tournaments on the schedule with a guarantee of €1 million or more. The first bracelet tournament will once again be the WSOPE Opener with a buy-in of €350 and a guarantee of €1,000,000. The most expensive tournament on the schedule will once again be the WSOPE Diamond High Roller with a buy-in of €50,000 and a guarantee of €1,000,000, which is sure to attract some of the biggest names in the poker world again this year.
