The Barcelona stop of the EPT starts on Monday
The prestigious European Poker Tour brand is well known not only to the European poker community, but practically to the entire world. We can't be surprised by this, because since 2004, EPT has written more than one beautiful story that gave birth to many worlds poker stars. Just a few days ago, the organizers of the EPT announced the return of the series to London after eight years, but before we move to the British islands, we have a nice duty waiting for us.
Since the very first series of the EPT in 2004, it has been a good custom that after the summer break, the new season is always opened with a stop in Barcelona. It took place every year until 2019, when the corona virus pandemic ruined it for the next two years. As for the past champions of this stop, many of you will surely remember the Polish player Sebastian Malec from 2016, John Juanda, who won here in 2015, or the two-time champion Mikalai Pobal, who won his first title here in 2012.
The next champion will be known at the EPT's Barcelona stop in just a few days, because right now, on Monday, August 8, the poker holiday starts, which will last until August 21. During the fourteen days, 61 different events are prepared for the players, including the biggest ones:

- 550€ ESPT Cup: 12-14.august
- 2,200€ ESPT High Roller: 14-15 august
- 100,000€ EPT Super High Roller: 14-16.august
- 5,300€ EPT Main Event: 15-21.august
- 3,000€ EPT Platinum Pass Mystery Bounty: 17-19 august
- 10,300€ EPT High Roller: 19-21 august
