Jared Bleznick on his way to defend his PLO Super High Roller Bowl title

Last year saw the first edition of the most expensive PLO tournament, the $100,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl PLO. The winner then was Jared Bleznick, and it is this same player who is now the chipleader on the final day of the second edition of the SHRB PLO.

The Super High Roller Bowl PLO is the most expensive PLO tournament with a buy-in of $103,000. Last year, the first edition of the event was played and it brought 38 entries. The winner was Jared Bleznick, who took home the championship ring and a $1,292,000 prize.

Will we see a double win?

Players came to the PokerGO Studio at the Aria Casino in Las Vegas again this year to play the $103,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl PLO. This time, the entries counter stopped at number 42, making the prizepool worth $4,200,000. Cash prizes await the top 7 players, with a min-cash worth $170,000 and a $1,500,000 plus a valuable diamond ring awaiting the winner.

A number of well-known names have joined the game, such as Jason Koon, Eelis Parssinen, Joni Jouhkimainen, Jonas Kronwitter, Isaac Haxton and Daniel Negreanu, who paid 2x the buy-in. The bubble-boy was Jeremy Ausmus and on the night we also met the owners of the two smallest cash prizes. Seventh place went to Ben Tollerene and sixth place with a $250,000 prize went to Sam Soverel.

However, none of the aforementioned names made it to the final day, among the top 5 players. The chipleader is last year's winner Jared Bleznick, who has a stack of up to 4,370,000 and thus has a great chance to defend his title. He is followed by Artem Maksimov with a stack of 3,055,000. Sean Winter, Seth Davies and Josh Arieh will also play in the final table. All of them already have at least $330,000 in the bag.
