In the semi-final day today, all players will face the certainty of an €8,710 payout, but it won't be interesting for anyone. Tomorrow we have the televised final, where the top player will walk away with the trophy and a €470,830 payday.

Successful €550 FPS Cup

In addition to the €1,100 Main Event, the FPS series offers two other events, the €2,200 High Roller and the most affordable €550 Cup. After the record-breaking Main Event, the aforementioned Cup was no slouch either, with 1,603 players taking care of 2,055 entries and a prizepool worth €986,400 over the course of one day. The chiplead of this entire group is settled by Austrian player Wojciech Barzantny (965,000 - 97bb).

Ten Haven won Mystery Bounty

The popular Mystery Bounty tournament format was not to be missed during the Paris EPT either, with a €10,200 price tag. A total of 103 entries meant a prizepool of €988,800 was produced, which was split in half. In the end, the champion of this tournament was the Dutch player Duco Ten Haven, who, in addition to the €126,500 reward, also took home another €117,500 in bounty rewards (€244,000 in total).

The second €25k event did not recognize the winner

Lovers of the biggest stakes were able to measure their strength in another €25k one-day event yesterday, which produced 62 entries. The top three stakes of the €1,458,240 prizepool have not yet been awarded as the tournament was not able to finish yesterday and so the top three players will play for the title today. It's sure to be an interesting game, with Hungary's Tamas Adamszki on the chiplead, facing Daniel Dvoress and Niklas Astedt:

  • Tamas Adamszki - 2,765,000 (28bb)
  • Niklas Astedt - 2,180,000 (22bb)
  • Daniel Dvoress - 1,255,000 (13bb)
