EPT: All Main Event players are now ITM

The EPT Monte-Carlo Main Event has now moved to the ITM. The winner will have one million euros to play for, and there are still 154 players still in contention for that amount. Among them are also names from our scene.

As we informed you yesterday, the current €5,300 EPT Monte-Carlo Main Event has become the biggest ever held here. The final 1,208 entries made for a prizepool worth €5,858,800. A total of 176 players were able to make it to the ITM, where the minimum prize was €5,800 and the winner is looking at an even €1,000,000.

154 players have made it through to today's Day 3 and all of them have already pocketed a minimum of €8,700 here. The chipleader is Italian player Eros Calderone with a stack of 667,000. But Dan Smith (564,000), Kayhan Mokri (508,000), David Docherty (495,000), Adrian Mateos (355,000), Mustapha Kanit (271,000), Felix Schneiders (146,000), Marle Spragg (101,000) and Mike Watson (49,000) are also continuing to play.

€3,000 Mystery Bounty

The €3,000 buy-in Mystery Bounty tournament got underway yesterday, bringing in 652 entries and a prizepool of €1,118,832.
